GRAPHIC DESIGNER

General Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high quality graphics, designs, layouts & other content for company products, marketing materials & the company websites.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency with 4Wall brand standards in all work
Personal Responsibilities
- Create high quality designs and concepts per specifications/request across various media types
- Create innovative designs and determine layouts, including photo selection, placement, theme, type selection, size, color, and overall look and feel for pieces produced.
- Review, edit, and finalize projects per specification and on time.
- Update existing pieces whenever changes are requested.
- Organize and maintain files for production and distribution.
- Communicate with team members, Director of Marketing, and key stakeholders and receive/implement any feedback.
- Communicate with vendors and printers to insure proper production and quality of projects.
Order, organize, maintain and ship company uniform and client swag inventories.
Modify and create graphic content for social media. This could also include posting on company social media accounts.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Regularly participate in team meetings, company events and initiatives
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor.
Key Requirements
- BA/BFA in graphic design, illustration, exhibit design, or related field preferred.
- Two years’ experience in graphic design creating visuals in a corporate setting.
- Expertise with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficiency in layout, typography, color theory, and design principles.
- Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work within specific timeframes.
- High degree of initiative with an ability to work independently. And a willingness to share ideas and contribute in a team environment
General experience and knowledge of creating and posting graphics via Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and twitter.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move boxes of uniforms and client swag up to 20 pounds. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
