Regional Administrator

REGIONAL ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

FSLA Status: ExemptEEO Class: 2-Professionals
Department: Office 
Reports to: Regional General Manager
Supervises:  Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

 

General summary 

The Regional Administrator is responsible for assisting the Regional General Manager with administrative, organizational and financial operations.

Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:

Organizational Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent service to all customers, vendors, employees, and visitors at all times.  
  • Oversee and manage office staff as required.

Personal Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules.
  • Maintaining oversight on scheduling, financial tracking and statistics.
  • Assist with reports for Accounting and Management.
  • Schedule, arrange, and attend meetings, as needed
  • Attend and take minutes for the weekly sales meeting and the sales/ops meeting
  • Attend and take minutes for the Senior Leadership meeting
  • Assist the RGM with administrative responsibilities
  • Arranging for employee events including on and off-site events.  
  • Managing all travel requests for RGM including booking transportation, hotels, etc.  
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Team Responsibilities

  • Supervise, lead, and direct office Receptionist and Administrative Assistant 
  • Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees. 
  • Maintain the highest level of customer relations
  • Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor or General Manager

Key Requirements

  • Previous administrative, and/or financial managment experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times
  • Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and goals
  • Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
  • Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives. 

Physical Requirements

The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.

Availability

  • Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
