General Summary
Promotes positive guest, client, and talent experiences by ensuring that all areas and aspects of the program are running at the optimum performance level.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate per 4Wall quality standards in all work activities.
Personal Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site production
- Field incoming phone calls and assisting customers
- Serve as Labor Coordinator by sourcing and scheduling crew, arranging for travel if needed, and ensuring all needed documentation is up to date and on file.
- Prepare load lists for rentals and shows
- Source cross rental equiment and process PO
- Prepare POs for rental or purchases
- Assist Account Executive with day-to-day tasks as needed
- Source trucking for tours
- Maintain all health and safety documentation for tours
Team Responsibilities
- Communicate in a positive and professional manner with all 4Wall Entertainment employees.
- Attend and participate in production meetings.
- Maintain the highest level of customer relations.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns to your direct supervisor or General Manager.
Key Requirements
- 3 -5 years experience in entertainment lighting and video industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain friendly, professional demeanor at all times
- Must be able to effectively meet deadlines and goals
- Strong PC skills including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly stand and walk. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must regularly push, pull, bend, climb, reach, twist, and kneel as well as lift and/or move 75-100 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include communication and visual acuity such as close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the employee will not be in a temperature-controlled work environment and may experience temperature variations due to local weather conditions.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
