General Summary
The front-end developer will work alongside senior (full stack) developers and UI/UX designers to develop various projects. We are seeking a talented, proactive, and motivated team player with a solid foundation to work for a high growth company. Ideal candidate would have a passion for writing clean functional code that would drive the overall user experience on desktop and mobile.
Responsibilities of this position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibility
- Must be able to print legibly for guests to read.
- Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English language.
Personal Responsibilities
- Coding, testing and debugging programs per computer engineering specifications.
- Modifying, expanding, and updating applications.
- Communicating with a team that includes analysts, engineers, and quality assurance testers to coordinate and document application development and testing.
- Developing software prototypes.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining front-end component libraries or style guides.
- Open to code review and constructive feedback.
- Capable of working with tight deadlines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
- 6+ months of documented experience as a front-end developer or code school completion.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic programming skills in the following languages and frameworks: C#, HTML5, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and SQL Server.
- Familiar with AJAX and REST API.
- Experience with Git and GitHub pull request/code review workflows.
- Responsive Web Design is required.
- Demonstrated use of advanced OOP concepts.
- Experience With database modeling and database scripting preferred.
- Must adhere to all company policies, SOPs, and other management directives.
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
