General Summary
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for helping to plan and create content that features video, audio, graphics, and animations to be used in the company’s marketing campaign. This includes visiting jobsites to take video and photos to be used in the multimedia content. This position will also include helping to build content on 4Wall.com such as our work, testimonials, blog posts, and press release sections.
Responsibilities of Position: Duties include but are not limited to:
Organizational Responsibilities
- Producing video and photographic content that is up to 4Wall quality standards.
Personal Responsibilities
- Recording, cleaning up, editing, and creating video & audio content
- Creating animated content
- Travelling to job sites and working with clients to record video and take photos
- Travelling to 4Wall locations as needed to assist in content creation
- Build content on 4Wall.com
- Manage 4Wall’s YouTube page
- Help post on 4Wall & UsedLighting.com’s social media accounts
- Other responsibilities as directed by the VP of Marketing
Team Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing team to brainstorm and plan internal and external content
Key Requirements
- Must have prior experience producing and editing video, audio, graphic and animated content. This includes proofreading content
- Experience posting on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
- Associates degree in video editing or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to keep deadlines and produce quality work without direct supervision
- Ability to work independently and work well within a team
Physical Requirements
The job duties and tasks of this position require the employee to regularly sit. The employee may choose to stand and move within their working area. Regular use of computer monitors and a keyboard/mouse will be required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 2 pounds. Other physical requirements of the job include the ability to communicate. Generally, the employee will be in a temperature-controlled work environment set for general comfort.
Availability
- Must be available to work in the evenings and weekends, as required.
