We are currently seeking an experienced Cable Technician to join our lighting team at 4Wall UK HQ in Harlow, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a thirst for learning, a keen eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills and a desire to be part of a collaborative team striving for group success.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cable department equipment to the highest standards by inspecting, testing and repairing as necessary.
• Prepping cables as per job requirements in a timely fashion.
• Checking in/ Checking out equipment as per procedures.
• Organising all cables, connectors and consumables as per 4Wall working policy.
• Conducting periodic stock takes.
• Working as part of a wider team to help deliver exceptional service to our clients.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of vans and trucks.

About You

• An interest in cables, a methodical approach, the right attitude and common sense. 
• Ability to carry out frequent manual handling tasks.
• Must have good visual abilities.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Problem-solving / troubleshooting and repair ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and flexibility to facilitate overtime, including early mornings, late evenings and some weekend working.

Working hours

Full-time.
