The three day conference will be held on the Rock Lititz campus December 7, 8 and 9, 2022. Our attendees will be industry leaders, both those just breaking into those roles and experts who have been leading this industry for decades. Our goal is to provide an interactive environment for the new leaders to help learn while also shaping the future of the industry. Our intention is to purposefully create a wide variety of interactions––mixing traditional panel formats with small group mentoring, engaging social interactions for ALL and taking a creative approach to engagement, discussion and targeted take-a-ways and actions.
