Jordan Hanson - Director of Live Events
With years of experience in the industry, Jordan has played a pivotal role in delivering world-class lighting solutions for concerts, festivals, and entertainment productions. In his new role, he will focus on ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile events, maintaining strong client relationships, and upholding the highest standards of service and innovation.
 
Jordan will continue to oversee the Blackburn Project Management team, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency while continuing to support our clients with expertise and dedication. His leadership will further strengthen 4Wall Europe as a trusted partner in live event production.

Mick Jones - Head of Corporate
Mick has a wealth of experience in the industry and has played a key role in delivering exceptional corporate events for a diverse range of clients. His expertise in project management, client relations, and event execution makes him the ideal leader to drive the continued success of our corporate division.
 
In this role, Mick will oversee the project management team, ensuring efficiency, innovation, and excellence in every event we deliver. His leadership will further strengthen 4Wall's reputation as a trusted partner for high-profile corporate productions.

Graham Miller - Head of Music & Entertainment

Rhodri Shaw - Director of Video - Music & Entertainment
With extensive experience in the live events industry and a deep understanding of client needs, Rhodri is the perfect fit to lead the charge in growing 4Wall's video services within the music and entertainment sector.

Working closely with the Head of Music & Entertainment, Rhodri will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of high-profile video productions. He will drive the continued success and growth of our video division, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and cutting-edge technology.

Scott Tompkins - Director of Live Events
Scott has a wealth of hands-on experience, deep technical knowledge, and a strong track record for building trusted relationships with clients. In this new senior role, Scott will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the technical aspects of our live events, exhibitions, and conferences-working closely with our Head of Corporate and Director of Operations to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence across the board.
 
From providing expert guidance across AV disciplines to supporting project managers and account teams, Scott will be central to maintaining technical excellence and client satisfaction at every stage of a project. He'll also play a key role in business development, supporting tenders, client meetings, and pitches-further strengthening 4Wall's position as a leader in innovative, reliable event delivery.
