New York, NY-  4Wall Entertainment, a national provider of entertainment equipment rentals and sales, has purchased the lighting assets of Paramount On Location - New York, a provider of TV/Film equipment rentals to major motion pictures and television shows in the New York market.  Paramount will continue to service clients in Los Angeles and surrounding markets.

As part of the transaction, 4Wall has also entered into an agreement with the newly formed company Insight Equipment, Inc. 4Wall will be the primary provider of all lighting and grip equipment for Insight, while also continuing to serve and maintain all current clients in the film and TV market.

"We're excited to acquire the Paramount on Location equipment," said 4Wall CEO Kathy Torjman.  "Combined with our already extensive TV/film inventory and the future addition of even more innovative LED products, this transaction will allow us to be at the forefront of this market segment."

To bolster the film and television expertise of the 4Wall team and to support these new efforts, Elliot Krowe will move from a consultant role with 4Wall to a full-time position as VP of Business Development.  Based in the 4Wall NJ office, Krowe will act as the main point of contact to service Insight Equipment as well as other TV/film clients across the country.
