I have been with 4Wall/UsedLighting.com for 3 years.

Tell us about a professional success story that you're proud of.

One of my most memorable customer service moments was when I, along with colleagues, was able to turn a client's very negative attitude in less than one day.

What is your favorite memory working here?

There are many positive moments that stand out in my mind, but first and foremost, collectively we get things done.

Do you have any background in the lighting industry?

I have over 30 years of experience in the Audio Visual/Live Events industry, along with some experience in exhibit lighting.

Who are some of your biggest influences?

My biggest influences are former managers, colleagues, family members, friends, and even strangers who all emphasize the importance of maintaining momentum and continuing forward, regardless of circumstances.

Describe an interesting hobby or pastime that you have.

I have dabbled in photography since high school.

What is something that you've always wanted to try or learn?

I've always wanted to learn how to knit an Icelandic wool sweater.

Tell us about a favorite memory from childhood.

One of my most vivid childhood memories is venturing out on a field trip to the planetarium and spending the visit pondering how the system worked.
