How does screen size affect pixel pitch selection?

The general rule is: as screen size decreases, resolution should increase. A 40-foot-wide LED wall at 8mm pixel pitch can look incredible at a concert because it's viewed from a hundred feet away. Shrink that same 8mm pitch to a 10-foot screen and stand 10 feet from it, and you'll see individual pixels. Smaller screens need tighter pitch to maintain a smooth, high-quality image.
