How long does fog/haze fluid last during an event?

Fog, Haze, and Dry Ice

Fluid consumption varies by machine, but a general rule of thumb is that a hazer running at moderate to heavy output will last roughly eight hours on a fill of fluid, enough for most single-day events. Foggers consume fluid faster because their output is more intense, typically lasting around four hours of continuous heavy use.

Foggers aren't usually run continuously, though. Fog is typically triggered in bursts for specific moments, so a single fill often lasts the full run of a show even though the per-hour consumption is higher. Larger machines with bigger reservoirs last proportionally longer. Your production team should always have extra fluid on hand.
