LED wall vs. projector: which is better for my event?

LED walls offer superior brightness, contrast, and color accuracy in virtually all ambient lighting conditions. They don't require throw distance, so they work in shallow rooms where a projector can't reach. They're also modular, meaning you can build any size or shape configuration.

Projectors still have advantages in certain scenarios: very large surfaces where LED cost becomes prohibitive, environments where you want to project onto non-flat surfaces (building facades, scrims, scenic elements), or situations where the screen needs to be temporarily transparent or removable. Projectors & screens are generally the less expensive option as well. 

For most corporate events, conferences, trade shows, concerts, and broadcast applications, LED walls have become the standard but projectors still play a prominent role across all types of events.
