Pixel pitch gets the most attention, but several other factors can make or break your LED wall deployment. Consider whether the screen will be curved or flat (not all panels support tight curve radiuses). Think about whether it's ground-stacked or flown from rigging, which affects weight limits and panel selection. Evaluate your ambient lighting conditions: a bright tradeshow floor is very different from a dark concert venue. And factor in build time. Larger, coarser panels go up faster, which matters when load-in windows are tight.
