The AJA KUMO 16x16 3G-SDI Router is a compact, rack-friendly SDI routing solution designed for medium-sized facilities and mobile productions. It provides flexible signal distribution for cameras, monitors, edit systems, tape decks, and file-based recorders while preserving embedded ancillary data.

• 16x 3G-SDI inputs and 16x 3G-SDI outputs, on BNC connectors, supporting SMPTE-259, SMPTE-292, and SMPTE-424 formats.
• Wide format support, handling video rates from 125 Mbps up to 3 Gbps, including 1.5 Gbps and 270 Mbps plus 270 Mbps DVB-ASI. The device is format agnostic within that range.
• Full ancillary data pass-through, preserving all SDI embedded data including audio, timecode, and metadata.
• Noninverting outputs to maintain signal polarity and simplify system integration.
• Configurable salvos, with up to eight saved salvo presets to quickly recall common routing configurations on the unit.
