The Litec QH40SA is an end-plated, square-section aluminium truss designed for rental installations that require durability, twist resistance and straightforward connectivity. Its 40 cm side length and reinforced construction make it suitable for staging, lighting grids and modular tower systems.

• End-plate design, providing greater twist resistance, reduced eccentricity and consistent compatibility between truss pieces.
• Heavy-duty square section with 40 cm sides for stable, repeatable assemblies.
• Robust materials: chords made from extruded tube Ø 48 x 3 mm EN AW 6082 T6, diagonals Ø 22 x 2 mm EN AW 6082 T6, and aluminium casting end plates EN AC 42200 T6.
• Two connection systems available, quick-fit (QXFC) and bolt kit (QXSM10), to match different onsite requirements.
• Design updates replace the older Heavy Duty QD40S and QD40SA ranges and form the Varitower 3-40 family.

Included with your rental

Truss sections are supplied with the specified connection system chosen at rental, either the QXFC quick-fit kit or the QXSM10 bolt connection kit. End plates are integrated as standard. Hardware for assembly is included as per the selected connector option; additional accessories such as rigging pins, spigots or flight cases can be provided on request.
